Licence to Wonderwalls plc

By posting messages, sending e-mails, inputting data, answering questions, uploading data or files or otherwise communicating with Wonderwalls through its web site, you are granting Wonderwalls a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide licence to use, display, sublicense, adapt, transmit and copy any communication. This grant shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including (but not limited to) rights under trademark, copyright, servicemark or patent laws in any relevant jurisdiction.

User Information

Wonderwalls collects information on which pages are accessed or visited by consumers, as well as information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Wonderwalls uses this information for internal review. We also collect the e-mail addresses of everyone that contacts us as well as those that permit their e-mail addresses to be collected from promotional materials and other documents. These e-mail addresses are used as part of our internal mailing list and are not supplied to any other organisation, commercial or private. Any addresses used in our mailing list will be given the option of unsubscribing after an initial newsletter has been sent out.

Your Image Terms and Conditions

1) By uploading an image to the site you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of use pertaining to the site. The terms and conditions listed here are specific to the "Your image" section of the wonderwalls website. More general terms and conditions are available on the terms and conditions page of the site. These specific terms and conditions are repeated on the general terms and conditions page.
2) By uploading an image to the site the user confirms and certifies that they are or have the permission of the copyright holder of the image to use the image in the creation of a wonderwalls wallpaper mural. The user agrees to indemnify wonderwalls against any claims or damages arising from the use of copyrighted material without specific permission from the copyright holder. This undertaking not withstanding wonderwalls reserves the right to refuse to print any image or create any mural that we believe will result in the infringement of the copyright holders rights.
3) Wonderwalls reserves the right to refuse and reject any image that it believes is illegal, immoral or offensive.
4) Wonderwalls reserves the right to reject any image that fails to meet the minimum image quality guidelines as described in the image guidelines document available on this site.
4) Should wonderwalls refuse or reject an image in accordance with either conditions 2, 3 and 4 of these terms and conditions a refund will be issued within 14 days. Wonderwalls reserve the right to charge a processing and handling fee of 10% on all refunds.
5) Delivery of the finished wonderwall will normally be within 10-14 days of receipt of the users original image. However from time to time images may take longer to print due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers not receiving their walls after 28 days have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund. Wonderwalls will not charge a handling fee under these circumstances.
6) Customers wishing to cancel their order after payment has been made will be refunded their payment minus a 10% handling fee provided that production of their wonderwall has not started. Once production of their wonderwall has started customers will only be entitled to cancel their order should 28 days elapse between receipt of image and delivery.

M&S Vouchers Terms and Conditions

1) Wonderwalls reserves the right to end the M&S voucher promotion at any time without prior notice. Receipt of a wonderwalls M&S voucher leaflet does not guarantee the continued availability of the scheme.
2) Wonderwalls reserves the right to supply alternative vouchers and/or an equivalent value in cash
3) In order to qualify for a £20 referral voucher, the referring customers name and details must be entered into the relevant field of the wonderwalls online order form at the time of purchase by the referred customer. The referring customers name and details must match those held by wonderwalls. Should a referred customer pass on referrer details after this point wonderwalls reserves the right to refuse to honour the referral. Should wonderwalls choose to honour the referral , this choice will be without prejudice to subsequent customers request for the same.
4) Customers shall be entitled to one (1) voucher per successful referral.
5) Wonderwalls makes no warrant that photographs submitted to the company for publishing on the company website shall be published
6) Only photographs published on the wonderwalls website (www.mywonderwall.co.uk) shall qualify for the £20 M&S voucher award.
7) Copyright of all photographs submitted shall remain with the customer, however submission of a photograph shall be deemed as transferring onto wonderwalls the rights to use said image or photograph on the company website in any capacity the comapny so chooses for as long as the company sees fit. All other image rights are retained by the customer.
8) Submission of a photgraph shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions associated with the M&S voucher promotion.
9) Use of M&S vouchers must comply with current Marks and Spencer Gift vouchers terms and conditions.
